As Havurah continues to grow, we are looking for a Creative Producer to work directly alongside our Creative Director. This role sits at the intersection of graphic design, production, and creative; helping turn ideas and visual direction into finished projects across every part of Havurah.
You'll help create the multitude of things we make, with a particular focus on producing graphic assets for our events, media, productions, and website. This might mean taking a design or template from our Creative Director and building it out across a full set of event signage or other assets. Beyond design, you'll also support the broader creative production behind short videos, photoshoots, merch, events, and whatever might come next.
We're looking for someone with unusually good taste, strong graphic design skills and creative judgment, and good organizational skills. Someone who notices details, loves making things happen, and is excited to learn. This is an ideal role for a student or early-career creative looking to gain hands-on experience across many disciplines while working closely with an experienced creative team.
Please note: this is a part-time position requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week. The role may be eligible for college internship credit, if applicable.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the Creative Director to create graphic assets for Havurah's events, media, productions, website, merchandise, and other creative projects
Take existing designs, templates, and visual direction and build them out across different assets and applications
Help plan and produce Havurah's broader creative projects
Coordinate production schedules across event assets, merchandise, and other creative initiatives
Help manage timelines, logistics, and communication across media projects
Assist with photoshoots, video productions, and event planning as needed
Organize creative assets, files, references, and production materials
Help maintain quality control by ensuring projects meet Havurah's visual and editorial standards
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills and visual judgment
Experience with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
Exceptional visual taste and strong attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and reliability
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Interest in design, photography, film, publishing, branding, or creative production
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating creative projects, student publications, events, or productions
Familiarity with web and digital design
Appreciation for Jewish culture, the arts, and independent creative communities

As Havurah continues to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Intern to help oversee the day-to-day publishing of our social platforms. Working directly with our Creative Director, Programming Directors, and Creative Producer, you'll help ensure that every post we publish reflects Havurah's editorial voice and visual standards.
The primary responsibility of this role is reviewing, editing, and publishing content created by our team across Instagram and other platforms. You'll also have the opportunity to pitch and produce 2–4 original social posts each month around topics that genuinely interest you, guided by Havurah's editorial philosophy and creative standards.
We're looking for someone with strong taste, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine love of thoughtful digital media. Someone who notices the small things, enjoys refining creative work, and wants to learn how an editorial brand operates behind the scenes. This is an ideal role for a student interested in publishing, design, journalism, and digital media.

Responsibilities
Review and edit social media posts created by the Havurah team before publication
Publish content across Instagram and other social platforms according to Havurah's editorial calendar
Ensure posts meet Havurah's visual, editorial, and brand standards

Produce 2–4 original social media posts each month based on subjects you're excited about, following Havurah's editorial guidelines

As Havurah continues to grow, we are looking for an Events Production Intern to support our Co-Event Directors in planning and producing the events that bring our community together. This role is an opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating thoughtful arts programming, from early planning to day-of execution.
You'll assist with a wide range of event production tasks: coordinating volunteers, helping manage guest experiences, organizing production schedules, communicating with vendors, updating event pages, and supporting live events as they happen. Every event is different, and you'll gain experience across many aspects of nonprofit arts programming while working closely with an experienced team.
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and excited to learn. Someone who enjoys making things run smoothly, communicates well, and is comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed. This is an ideal role for a student interested in event production, nonprofit management, community organizing, or arts administration.

Help coordinate volunteers before and during events, including assisting with scheduling and day-of communication
Support guest check-in, audience experience, and other front-of-house needs during live events
Assist with communications with artists, vendors, venues, and volunteers as needed
Help maintain event information across platforms such as Squarespace, Partiful, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets
Assist with event setup, signage, production logistics, and breakdown
Participate in brainstorming future programming and contribute ideas for new events and community initiatives
Qualifications
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working in collaborative environments
Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt as priorities change
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Interest in events, nonprofit organizations, community building, or the arts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience helping organize events, student organizations, performances, or community programs
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, and Sheets)
Experience with platforms such as Squarespace or Partiful is a plus
